  Hugh did an outstanding job installing our new engineered hardwoods. He is an absolute craftsman and he settles for nothing less than perfection. What's more is my wife had a minor concern with an area of the flooring in our kitchen so she contacted Hugh on a Sunday. Not only did he return her call very quickly, but he came out the same day to address her concern. That's outstanding service after the job was done and paid for! Hugh works with a distributor in Knoxville that has an endless supply of both solid and engineered hardwood flooring, or you can buy your own elsewhere.   Hugh & his three technicians did a wonderful job on our new floors. We are building a new residence with unfinished oak on the main floor and unfinished pine on the second floor. The installation, sanding and three coats of Bona Polyurethane went without a hitch. Hugh was very detailed on the process from start to completion. Every day of the process, the job was left clean. Our floors look fantastic. Mastercraft would be welcomed back at anytime. Great job by these professionals.
